Auditing Engineering Plans

Department of Prevention and its External Divisions.

Estimated Fee:

According to the amended regulation of collecting services fees of the General Directorate of Civil Defense No. (128) of 2015.

Conditions for obtaining service

Submitting engineering plans stamped by the Engineers Association.

Procedures

Application for engineering plans shall be submitted by the concerned party or the relative engineering office to the Public Service Desk, then to be given an appointment for studying and turn number then to be transferred to the relative division.
The study officer in the engineering divisions (architecture, mechanics, and electricity, residential) shall study the plans and verify the availability of the conditions and requirements according to his specialty.
In case the drawings meet the conditions, the recipient of the service is directed to pay the fees at the accounting division and then returned to the division to stamp the plans according to the rules and insert on Amman Municipality or the Municipality's letter the approval to establish the required facility.
If the plans do not meet the conditions, the recommendations shall be written on a special form and the recipient of the service shall be provided with copies thereof in order to implement the recommendations contained therein.
